Potions and brewing: what we know so far
Quick answer
Brewing in Foxy's Potion Shop happens at the cauldron in Foxy's cabin. Officially confirmed potion types include Weak healing potions, Fire resistance potions and a strength potion (shown as 'Potion de force' in French). Requests always tell you the potion and the amount before you start.

Brewing is the heart of Foxy's Potion Shop: every request is a potion, and every potion comes out of the cauldron in Foxy's kitchen. This page collects what is confirmed about brewing as of launch day — the types seen in official material, how a brewing request reads, and what is still unknown.
How a brewing request reads
- The request names the potion and the count. English shots show "Brew 1 Weak healing potion", "Brew 3 Weak healing potion" and "Brew 1 Fire resistance potion" on the same style of parchment panel.
- Requests belong to a villager. The panel header reads "Request from JeanJean" in the French screenshot — the same shot whose body text reads "Infuse 1 Potion de force" (brew one strength potion).
- A counter tracks the batch. A small
0 / 1-style counter sits under the request; it is your progress bar for the current job.
Confirmed potion types so far
| Potion | Where it was seen | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Weak healing potion | English request panel (store screenshots) | The first-tier job; asked for in counts of both 1 and 3 |
| Fire resistance potion | English request panel (store screenshots) | Second confirmed request type in the same UI |
| Strength potion | French store screenshot, requested by JeanJean | Shown as "Potion de force" — the same request format in another language |
The loop around the cauldron
- Take a request — the panel gives you the exact potion and amount.
- Gather what the recipe needs; the store says new ingredients unlock as you go.
- Brew at the cauldron in the kitchen.
- Deliver to the villager who asked.
- Collect the little paws and move to the next job — or spend the payment on the cabin.

What to verify on day one
Straight from our launch checklist, to be confirmed hands-on and folded back into this page:
- The full potion list and what each one does (the three names above are the only ones officially seen so far).
- How ingredients unlock — per villager met, per potion brewed, or on a timer.
- Whether potions can be brewed ahead without a matching request.
- Whether stronger tiers exist under the same names ("Weak" implies a stronger one).
- What a failed or unwanted brew costs you, if anything.
